Bird's Eye View Landmarks Quiz 🗽 2024 update

I wasn't sure about this quiz working that well, especially with members who have visuospatial or perception difficulties. But it seemed to be greatly enjoyed, so I'm sharing it with you. Also, for some reason it is one of the highest rated (in terms of hits) on the Blog. So, I thought it was 'high' time for an update.

You can also find a YouTube video version here ...

Begin by asking members what their favourite landmark in the world or at home is.

Ask members to look at each of the pictures in turn, guessing at where they might be. There are a few clues included along the way, as well as a few well known songs for singalongs.

If you want to make the session more interactive, look up some of the places on 'Google Earth' and click on the pictures top right for landscape views.

Encourage story telling about places visited, enjoy reminiscences and inject as much joy and laughter as you can.

As usual, you can either take screenshots and print off handouts or if you click on the first picture a slide show will open if you are broadcasting.

Feedback would be great.
